SGS PAC is a federally registered, nonconnected political action committee, meaning it is not affiliated with, authorized by, or acting on behalf of any political party or candidate. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, including all content, donation tools, forms, and services (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. \

SGS PAC is registered with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and operates as an independent, non-connected PAC under applicable federal election law. Nothing on this Site constitutes coordination with any political party, candidate, or campaign unless explicitly permitted by law and clearly stated.

Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old to use donation features or submit information related to political advocacy or financial support. By using this Site, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements under applicable law.

Acceptable Use:

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any federal, state, or local law, including campaign finance laws

  • Misrepresent your identity, citizenship, or eligibility to donate

  • Impersonate a political candidate, campaign, or organization

  • Upload malicious software or interfere with Site operations

  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, or unlawful conduct. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or applicable law.

Contribution Rules:

By contributing, you certify that: 

  • You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

  • You are making the contribution with your own personal funds.

  • You are not a foreign national.

  • You are not making the contribution in the name of another.

  • You are not a federal government contractor.

  • You are legally permitted to contribute under federal law.

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete

Compliance Authority:

  • SGS PAC reserves the right to reject, refund, or return any contribution that may be unlawful, excessive, improperly attributed, or otherwise noncompliant.

  • Refund Policy Contributions are non-refundable, except where a refund is required or appropriate for legal compliance.

  • Reporting Contributor information may be disclosed as required by federal law in public FEC filings.

User Submission:

Information you submit (including contact forms, volunteer sign-ups, event RSVPs, or messages) may be used for:

  • Communications and outreach

  • Compliance and recordkeeping

  • Security and operational purposes

  • You agree not to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.

Intellectual Property:

All Site content, logos, branding, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to SGS PAC unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

Third-Party Services:

The Site may link to or use third-party services (such as payment processors or social media platforms). SGS PAC is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
